Privacy
A plain-language public website privacy notice.
This notice describes the data handling implemented by the Foundren public website. Last updated October 9, 2026.
Information you choose to send
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, message, and—if you provide them—your business name and inquiry category. Please do not submit passwords, access credentials, regulated information, or confidential customer data.
How inquiry information is used
Foundren uses inquiry information to review and respond to your message. Submissions are stored in a dedicated public-inquiry database area, separate from private operations records. A server-side email notification may also be sent through the configured SMTP provider. Public inquiries do not bypass private Ops authentication, MFA, or permissions and are not automatically written into the private CRM.
Abuse prevention and operational data
The form validates submissions, uses a hidden spam field, and limits repeated requests. When the trusted reverse proxy is configured, the originating network address is transformed with a keyed one-way hash for rate limiting; the raw address is not stored in the inquiry table. Routine failure logs use a random request ID and do not include your name, email, or message.
Cookies and analytics
The public pages do not add advertising pixels, session replay, analytics trackers, chat widgets, or nonessential cookies. Private `/ops` authentication is a separate service experience and is not covered by the public inquiry description above.
Retention and access
Inquiry records are retained only while they are reasonably needed for the conversation, business records, security, and legal obligations. An automated retention schedule is not yet configured. To request access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate legal or security purposes.
Service providers and changes
The site relies on its hosting, PostgreSQL database, and configured SMTP delivery infrastructure. We use hosting, database, and email service providers to operate our website, receive inquiries, and respond to messages.
